Keyvan the owner of this business has done 3 signs for me in the past 5 years and prior to this last experience I was happy with his service even though his prices were on the higher end. HOWEVER, on my last job which I made the huge mistake of trusting in him since I had several good experiences previously I let my guard down. BEWARE. the owner kevon is a con artist. he overcharged me $2,500 for a $100 permit..and then ignored my phone calls & emails. it's been weeks and i. never got my sign. wish i wouldve known before going with this scam artist!!! RUN AWAY!

I wish I could put 0 stars. The owner Kayhon is a thief, he charged me once to do my signs which took forever then the signs didn't come out the way I expected so he told me to give him 1500$ more and he would make another smaller box (sign) and come put some heavy duty poles on the sign he installed cause it's about to fall down. So he told me to pay him upfront of 1000$ and the remaining balance when he comes and puts up the new poles. It has been months and he just took the money and dipped!
