Very Professional Experience 👏 Keep Up The Good Work 👍 Guys!!!
We used D and I in a commercial capacity, and they took $1,800+ a year for a "maintenance" contract in which they showed up once, instead of once a quarter. Not only that, but they did not get back to us on any of the inquiries we had about their activity regarding our account. There was zero customer care, and I spoke with two people who said they'd get back to me and never did, and emailed the owner of the company who also never reached out. They were/are completely unresponsive. This is not how you run a business.
