I had D. Hughes Roofing replace my 30 yr old shake roof with a high end 3-tab. I could NOT be more satisfied with the job.......front to back.....top to bottom. They were extremely competitive .... on time ... fast and clean. As you can imagine, ripping off shake is a messy job... I could not find a single old nail or staple and they cleaned up daily. I am pretty disappointment with my experience with D Hughes Roofing, but I will lay out the facts of what happened. I had D Hughes roofing come out to replace my roof shingles replace my skylight. In the contract it says that D Hughes Roofing installed Ridge Vents on all horizontal ridges. Given that I have a hip roof and other roofers did not offer me this option, I called and clarified whether my roof would get a ridge vent installed, and the guy who came out and wrote our bid said it would of course be installed with a ri... read more
D Hughes roofing put the roof on my new building here in Kirkland. They were a "breath of fresh air" when compared to many of the contractors we worked with. They completed the roof on time, on budget and most importantly, we're dry inside. I did get 3 bids and they were the lowest. They did come with a good recommendation from a friend so I went with them. I would definitely use them again.
