I cannot leave a NEGATIVE (-5) star review… the lowest I can leave it a 1-star. D&H deserves a NEGATIVE (-5) star rating! We think that D&H RV & Marine is the ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP we have EVER purchased anything from in our lives! They ignore warranty issues & do DISHONORABLE things! Pattern of malfunctions with our camper. They said they checked it before we took it home, but there is not way, with all the issues we found on first camping trip. Service tech was in-effective with the work and was huffy and rude, like I was bothering him that he had to work. Owner hasn't returned any of my requests for a call.
Bought new camper and there are some things that need to be fixed, just call back they said, ha! Called service to make appointment to be all fixed, can’t fix it until / months later, so camping without a table because it was installed wrong.
I came in about a week ago and I had my experience ruined right away by the blonde at the front desk. She had the worse attitude and wasn’t even answering the phones. She also seemed to pay little attention to what I was saying. I felt like an inconvenience; however the sales team killed it! Extremely helpful and polite!! -Robert Florian
Wow. If I could give negative scores I would. I do not believe the people who have left positive reviews for this "RV" center. My experience has been nothing short of a total nightmare. The unit that we purchased NEVER, I mean not one single time, functioned properly on a trip. Not once! It has been at D&H for "repairs" more than we have ever used it. It is a total piece of junk. I would not recommend D&H RV to anyone! Buyer BEWARE.
