I worked with Jeremiah through the pre-approval process for my home loan. Although I didn't end up using D&H, it was a VERY close decision and I would highly recommend including D&H in your plans for obtaining financing and comparing lenders. I worked with Jessica from D&H to help me close on my house. It was a fairly smooth process and definitely you should shop around first. But in the end D&H made the most sense in terms of savings and a good rate. Super responsive and keeps you up to date on each step of the process. Would highly recommend!
