Terrible place to live, management used to be good under old owners but has since become terrible. They no longer have a main base office, it's nearly impossible to reach chuck as he's the only one that has a phone. I've sent several texts and phone calls to contact them regarding invoices and bills that I shouldn't be receiving. The grounds are abysmal, roads have terrible potholes thst I sprained my ankle in and have been like it for years despite the numerous attempts to contact them to repair.
Smells like Woodstock. Rent increases yearly. Management is near impossible to contact except when owed money. Post office has no idea what is going on. Gave one star because some of the neighbors are nice.
