Absolute time-wasters. A guy from DH Electrical came out to look at our house and quote for an EV charger. Said he'd send a quote, which never came. I followed up with three emails over the following weeks requesting the quote, and never received a response. During those weeks I also called and left two voicemails requesting the promised quote. I had been waiting on our local electrician for some weeks with no response and lost patience. Randomly found DH Electrical on Google and within 24 hours the job was booked, completed and invoiced! Prompt responses, great service, neat and professional job. I will go to DH Electrical first from now on!
We had halogen ceiling downlights with inaccessible transformers. DH Electrical managed to replace them with LEDs. We thought we might need the whole ceiling down to access the old wiring but they managed to cut disks of plaster from the ceiling to explore the ceiling void and replace these later so we just needed to filler and a skim of plaster to make good the ceiling. Appreciate the work done, good job.
