As soon as I bought the property, someone else was trespassing with cabins and trailers and DGSchell did very little to correct the problem even defending the trespassers being there. I was able to get my money back but this defending left a sour taste in my mouth, especially with over explaining things like I was stupid or in the wrong.... I'm am very hurt by this experience because I fell in love with the property.

I keep seeing all these good reviews about this company and I think they are ok but I am starting to wonder if they are even real or actually selling land at this point. I have been trying to acquire a parcel of 12 acres but every single time I make an offer the guy on messenger marks the land pending and says it's no longer available. Then not even two weeks later messages me saying it's available so I make an offer and it goes back pending again. I don't hear nothing back about the offer or paperwork or anything.
