On easter friday afternoon, i took a hockey puck to my mouth and did lots of damage. Immediately called dentist on call and immediately Dr Lees had me meet her at office where Miss Heather was waiting also to help out. They were so tremendous with not only with the dental work but also putting me at such ease in a rather traumatic time. Met dr Pohlhemus at same time and Miss Heather was so helpful in filing insurance and everyone followed up on my recuperation. 5 stars does not justify as it should be 10 stars . This is by far the absolute BEST dental practice that I’ve been to. Dr. Polhemus is genuinely a very kind, caring, and honest dentist. His staff is just as amazing as he is with many being with the practice for many year, which is rare these days. So grateful to have found this fantastic practice!
One of the few honest dentist remaining that do not promote crowns which is way old school with the amount of technology out today! not aggressive treatment plans! I refer him to everyone and my only regret is not finding him sooner, amazing practice and the staff is so friendly!!! The office manager is great!
I always expected a dentist just to breeze in and breeze out after the cleaning, barely looking at my teeth since that was my whole life experience BUT NO MORE! The bar has been raised by this office! I love everything about it, from the front desk, to the hygienist to both Dr. Bannon and Dr. Polhemus. Can a dentist visit be delightful? Yes.
