If I could do 0 stars I would. Simply called them to see if they had any square tube steel so I could build a ladder rack for my truck. Guy was snarky on the phone and I questioned why they had metal in their name and didn’t have basic square tube steel. Don’t know who the guy was on the phone but being a business owner myself there is a way better way to handle not having a product or it being out of stock. Take your business elsewhere
