Some amazing well meaning care staff ( high staff turnover) but unfortunately very poorly run. Higher ups (check their website, worst offenders happily show their names and photos) are unkind, uncaring an suprisingly completely uneducated on mental health matters. Training is worst I have ever encountered (not at all user friendly. Fantastic staff and 5 star care . I have a relative with dementia and I have to say the staff go above and beyond for my relative . Nothing is a problem for them and they spend a lot of time with her and respect her wishes . They never rush her and if they need to stay on a bit longer than they should they always do without complaint . They keep me updated on everything regarding my relative and If I have any problems there is always someone on the end of the phone I can talk to .
