I even don’t want to give a star! I like their tech team. But their back office services are terrible- unable to give a quotation through email until I said I don’t want to replace the door....never proactive call me back till they need collect money....even want me to make payment without giving me an invoice!!! If my home insurance company didn’t refer this vendor, I will never use them! Plz don’t get trapped by them!
Great service and response time. We had an issue with our garage door closing and they were so helpful. Fixed it right away.
If your garage door breaks and they are assigned to service it thru AHS, they won't care to fix it. Going on 5 weeks since initial visit and I they have yet to call back. I'm sure they won't honor or be responsive to your home warranty, which in turn sounds like they won't be responsive or honor their own warranties.
