This has been thr most disgusting and disappointing experience. They start off appearing professional; however, I scheduled an appointment several weeks ago (with a walk-through) in order to have someone different show up in my home today with no knowledge about the scope of work, without a drop cloth (I am having light fixtures replaced), and without a ladder.
