Never thought she is that rude. This is the agent we’ve been with for a year. Me and my wife paid her a visit to give her the informations of the new car we just bought. She rudely greeted us at the door and did not ask us if we would like to have a sit in her office so we could speak. When come to renew our policy, the charges went over the top of the roof. She has to do better in costumer service.
Car insurance Run away from her I received a letter from Denise “ Please watch for your renewal. You MAY see an increase of 20.33 monthly. If you'd like to review your coverage and discount options, Please call us, we may be able to help!” But when it was time to renew my 6 months policies, it increased over $450. I begged her to lower little bit the price but she said she wouldn't because my policies depended on my household. What does my household have to do with my car insurance?
I love Denise she goes out of her way to help me out when I need help and I just love how she takes care of my family she is the best I always tell other people to go see her for car insurance and I will always keep staying with her and I’m NOT GOING TO NO OTHER CAR INSURANCE Denise she is so amazing.
