He was mowing the lawn a few homes away from mine. I kindly passed by and asked one of the guys for a quote. He said he would ask the boss. The boss stopped his mower and rudely shouted, "NO, TELL HIM NO." For someone to so rudely refuse business or be unwilling to even get off his mower to talk to a potential customer is poor business practice. No matter how well he cuts grass or how well his business maybe doing this type of behavior is not what I look for in a good business.
Fantastic job on a backyard makeover. Incredibly responsive and reliable. And was sensitive about keeping price reasonable. Exceeded expectations
