If I could give a negative star I would. Hired a guy to do a project for me. After getting his quote and accepting his offer I gave him money upfront to start the work. He did less than 10% of the project and then quit working on it. Made excuses and had delay after delay on doing any work. The project sat for almost two years with me constantly calling and asking for updates and progress reports. He just ignored calls, made excuses, and refused to do anything on the vehicle.
