I was told my fence would be custom-built to last, but the workmanship says otherwise. Boards are loose, and some posts weren’t set straight. They left trash around my yard after finishing, which felt careless. I wouldn’t trust them again for any future fence work.
I hired D-Fence Customs expecting professional work, but the fence was uneven and already showing signs of wear within weeks. Communication was poor and they ignored my calls for follow-up repairs. For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality. Definitely not the craftsmanship they advertise.
The project took twice as long as promised and the crew often arrived late or not at all. Materials looked cheaper than what we agreed on, and the gate doesn’t even close properly. When I asked for corrections, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. Very frustrating experience overall.
If there was a way to give 6 stars I would. The fence is unbelievable in its solid construction and appearance. The quality, efficiency and professionalism of the entire D-Fence group makes them a no-brainer choice in my experience.
I had my backyard iron fence replaced this March by D-Fence Customs, and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. David Lisner, the owner, was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with—whether by text or email, he always replied quickly and clearly.
