This company is extremely unprofessional. For context, my wife scheduled them to do an initial assessment for our water heater issues. She told them clearly she would only pay for an assessment IF they actually knew how to fix it instead of just replacing it. She even described the issue in detail since our property manager had already sent another technician to identify the problem earlier. Not allowed to five Zero stars so I have to give one. David from D&F Plumbing came out last week to see what was wrong with our AC unit. I paid the diagnostic fee. I was told that the compressor was bad and has completely gone out, additionally our furnace was about to go out as well and would need to be replaced. Gave me an estimate of almost $16k for the whole unit and $8k for just the AC.
