Installed our floor for our builder, builder’s warranty one year and DF flooring warranty one year. Our floor has been buckling up in areas, and cracked in areas. There are gaps in several areas. The manufacturer said it is clearly the subfloor and DF will do nothing! I have been getting the run around for months! I have had 3 homes built and this by far is one of the worst companies I have come across. Beware!
Excellent flooring company. We've used them for years. They're always responsive and resolve any issues immediate The best service and extremely knowledgeable about commercial flooring products.
