Client purchased blades and was accusing me of charging her card and not sending a receipt when we had not even charged her card. She called me 3 times in one day before I could call her back and (was busy doing payroll) and she even called a department that was unrelated to complain instead of checking her online transactions. Her unnecessary accusations were uncalled for and not appreciated.
