I love the guys that are here! They're always friendly and never push stuff i don't need. And there's snacks!
I brought my Land Rover/Range Rover in for AC Service. When your AC isn't working in July, a lot of places would take advantage of that. Not D&E. I'm so glad I decided to have them do my repair. The technician also diagnosed a non AC related issue that has been baffling other repair shops for a few weeks. I arrived a few minutes late but they were ready for me. While my car was being serviced, I made myself comfortable in their conference room and worked as if I were in my home office. They offered plenty of snacks!
Got a set of 4 tires here recently. They matched the best price I could find and gave me some savings on top of that. They had the tires delivered and installed the next day. Can’t beat that!
Kent Dubose is a great service writer and very knowledgeable and trustworthy, they have worked on my truck many times and I was very pleased each time.
