They were absolutely fantastic. I was looking to get a furnace serviced/cleaned up to sell a property, and the issue ended up making it so I had to get a brand new furnace (and more ductwork) installed. They told me the bad news in a very clear and understandable way. They were very kind about the whole thing while also telling it to me without sugarcoating it, which I very much appreciated. D&E Heating and Cooling were knowledgeable, informative, and knew exactly what heating system would best meet our needs. The installation was completed efficiently and the employees are very friendly. Highly recommended!
