D E Bernstein Custom Builders replaced a gutter system on my residence. The "NEW" gutter system, although astheticly pleasing to the eye, leaked in several locations after the first rain storm & continues (like Niagara Falls) to leak profusely. Numerous notifications to David Bernstein, of D E Bernstein Custom Builders have been ignored.
