Dr.Dilan Has an extraordinary staff. They offer me appointments sooner than scheduled if there is an opening. D Dentistry makes suggestions and shows me proof of their validity through Advanced Technology.. I especially like the fact that Dr. Dilan has later hours that makes dentistry possible without compromising my sleep. My experiences with Dr.D and his staff have all been amazing. I needed an extraction, 4xdeep cleans, and then Zoom! to whiten very old teeth. More work to come, no more dreading my dentist trips. The dental technicians that work so hard, are so great. They know answers before you have the question. They are all excellent from start to finish. And, you are made so comfortable. It's like a spa! Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dental office based on the way they handled my insurance and the complete lack of accountability afterward. Before receiving treatment, I repeatedly asked the office to verify that my insurance would cover their services. This was not something I casually mentioned once—I specifically made it clear that insurance coverage was important to me. This is a great office. The people are all so nice and caring. They answer all your questions and establish a dental plan suited to your needs. The Dr is excellent. Had a tooth extracted, and it wasn't bad at all. I look forward to whitening in office, and keeping up with my new plan. Thank you to all who work there. Highly recommend.
