Happened up on this hidden gem yesterday very cozy cottage and great home cooking with a Cajun twist. Miss Darla was very friendly and turned out to be a very gracious host!
Absolutely a little gem! The owner cooks her own food on a little stove in a little kitchen. The whole place is a home turned into a restaurant...Bathroom still has the claw foot tub set up and it absolutely is exquisite in design throughout! The owner/cook, does her own preparations of food, quite presentable and absolutely delicious! She is so, so sweet, kind, funny and personable. Actually went back in November. She was closing early due to a memorial she was attending, but still provided great food and service. Loved the chicken salad and other sandwiches that day. Next time I come back into town, will have to come back!!!
