Repair wasn't done properly on a chair the first time and my friend actually fell when it broke and it was lucky she didn't hurt herself. I looked at the store's hours and made the trip over there and parking was difficult and no one was there until they were supposed to be during the scheduled open times. I called the next day and the owner acted like he was doing a favor waiting even though I was going there again during the posted operating hours. I recently had a very disheartening experience with D&D Window Treatment. After placing and paying for an order, I was left in a prolonged state of uncertainty and disappointment. Despite their assurances, they have continuously failed to deliver on their promises. From the start, I was led to believe that my order would be ready before the end of the year. Terrible customer service, I placed an order a month ago, I told the lady to made sure that I will received before Christmas, but not body call me, or care related to the order. I Do not recommended.
