I had spoken with the Service Manager ( Fernando A. ) Regarding my 2024 4Runner as it was having issues with the alignment even the Toyota dealership wasn’t able to correct properly. I had reached out the night earlier right before closing, and was advised to come in the next morning and they’ll be able to work on my vehicle. Very quick to get to work on my car. Very polite call to follow up. And they clearly know what need to be done to fix the alignment. They did recommend the same part that another shop said would likely have to be replaced.
