Outstanding experience. I found D&D after the my go-to shop was not able to correct the suspension problem on my truck. The D&D team listened to my description of the problem, performed an in-depth analysis, gave me a professional quote, and told me how long it would take to perform the repair. The did what they said they would do -- fixed the problem, nailed the quote, and performed the work on time. My vehicle rides great. 5-Stars.
The excessive charge does not justify the work they did. They charged me for many things supposedly that my car didn't need. It was an abuse on the part of these people.
A friend of mine recommended D&D to me to get my front end aligned on my 2022 Ram 3500. My First observation of them was how incredibly clean and inviting. For a mechanic shop it smelt very clean and fresh. I was very impressed with the work they did to my truck and how fast they got me in and out. I was very grateful for the military discount. I became a lifetime customer today.
