Bought a used truck and very next day reverse gear went out. I called D&D transmission and they got me in and out in one day. Had my truck there over a month instead of working on it it just sat mind you this was after I was told it was fix. And within a quarter mile I noticed it wasn't fixed. They claimed they was working on it several different times but when I drove past noticed it hasn't moved and that the grass was growing around it taller. BEYOND EXCELLENCE!!! I've been using this shop for my entire household. Every time I have taken my cars there, the issue was fixed the first time and in a very timely manner.
