Amazing worker at the front desk! Got a flat and same day they got me an appointment at 12:30pm. I asked if I could drop it off sooner. I got there around 10:50am and they had me out by 11:30am.
the afternoon of 6 July I heard a flapping noise outside my car ; I could see the rear right tire was deflating. the 1st 2 shops I visited could not help ; the Hampden location Big Brand was open, the employee inside said that they would check my nissan within the hour - they actually checked & repaired the car in about 30 minutes. great service, I know exactly where I will go the next time I have the same problem.
Replaced all 4 tires fast, friendly employees too.
