Awesome team members and service.
I called this place, set an appointment for 1pm to get my tire patched because there was a nail in it. I get here, and the guy tells me he can't do it because he's booked all day? He then says I must've called the call center and they didn't know how busy they were? Sounds like a bunch of bs to me. These guys obviously just didn't wanna do a free service, which is fine but don't advertise it then. Waste of my time and completely unprofessional.
My son needed tires for his 4Runner that his wife and baby ride in regularly. Garry found great tires for them and saved them a bunch of money over the competitors!!! They ride comfortably and are very quiet too. Excellent service, prompt installation, and all for an excellent deal!
When it comes to tires, you need to buy them from a trustworthy source! I was reaffirmed today that Bigbrand is that place! All the staff are friendly, quick, and professional, and the mechanics are exceptionally skilled! The aftercare is excellent, so even if you get a flat, you don't have to worry. Bigbrand has your back!
