Came there for free flat tire repair but somehow I just did not believe with the front desk guy Web and the guy in the back about my tire. They kept trying to push me to buy new tires.
Nails in tires are a quick day ruiner for anyone. I tried patching it myself and the tire was still leaking, so a friend recommended big brand tire to me and I’ll never go anywhere else from now on. I didn’t know people did free tire patching/repairs, so this quickly changed what I thought was going to be a stressful $$$ replacement, to a patch that will last the life of the tire! I've used this business twice this year. I needed a alignment ASAP and they got me in when I arrived after my phone call. Another large tire / alignment place in the same near neighborhood was booked out into the middle of the next week. THANK-YOU BIG BRAND TIRE!! The first time I was here it was to fix a flat tire on my yard riding mower. Made a query via Google and it came up they'll fix it for FREE! What a deal and they did it with a smile 🙂🫡. See edit below. Management + workers have always treated me right. Good and quick service. Clean waiting room. Will definitely be back next time! Edit: came back and had a bad experience. They did not rotate my wheels (which was 1/2 services on my appointment) and told me that my eccentric bolts were worn out and they couldnt adjust my camber. That's funny because I replaced my struts myself earlier this year and know for 100% certain that the eccentric bolts are absolutely not worn out. I paid $107 for them to center my ste... read more
