I am leaving this review due to a deeply concerning experience with Big Brand Tire, particularly regarding safety-related negligence and the response from management. After having rear brake work performed on my vehicle, it was later discovered that the rear brakes had been installed incorrectly, creating a serious safety risk for me and my family.
