Phil was awesome! I sent my college daughter to his shop as her tire pressure light was on. Being away from home I had no way of helping her and they took care of her like she was their daughter. They called me and explained the situation and took care of her tire. Best customer service experience!!!!
I had an oil change and a tire rotation. They told me that I would need new tires in the future and how old my tires were.
Phil is the nicest guy ever!!
D&D is great. Parking in downtown Lawrence blows. If you park out front for 3 minutes, run in and run back out because you don't have any change, you've got a ticket. Where do these people even hide? They must have one permanently stationed down there
