Got charged over $2,000 for an outdated DVR and a couple cameras which all quit working within the first 6 to 8 months. i was able to replace them for less than $50 per camera. Installer put in 2 cameras and never came back to put in our other camera, he just drilled a hole in the side of our house and left the wire hanging out..it was that way for 2 years and they never took care of it.
