One Call - Problem Fixed! Local and Reliable
The workers who came to the house to work on the plumbing were very rude. We kindly asked the workers to move their truck over because we had guests coming over and their response was "If you don't want us here, we can leave. I'll let the landlord know you don't want us here." We didn't ask them to move far just a little for a couple guests to park. In no way was this going to impede their work.
I understand that you're busy...ish! But telling someone you will come out and assess a problem, then don't show or call is UNPROFESSIONAL! Even your receptionist can see us scheduled but can not make YOU make the courtesy call. You made yourself look bad. Shame, shame, shame....
