Mike help me so much and had amazing customer service!
Received a pair of boots that were a different material and color than was posted on the website. Returned them and the company would still not refund my shipping even though it was their fault. Absolutely false advertisement. Would never do business with this company again.
Some of the staff was helpful. But overall, I’ve had a bad experience with this store. They did not have my size in store, so they said they would order it, and call me when the boots came in. Two weeks later, I haven’t received a phone call, so I called them. The manager said he’ll refund me, and week went by and still no return. I had to go to the store in person, at least to get a receipt for the refund. Which he could not provide, but assured me that I would get a refund.
