I love this Company, Dino is the one I call to make sure we are up and running and also makes sure we have toners on hand so I never have to waste my time ordering. They are the Best, call them for any office machines you are having problems with they will get you up and running as fast as possible and try to make it as economically as possible.

Bad Service Call. Nick Scheduled for 10am this morning. Shows up at 9:17 and waits outside while watching me walk into our office and doesn't even come in to fix copier machine. Then calles me at 11:03 to tell me that he is declining service call when acutally the idiot was early and didn't even bother to wait. Then he calls an Hour and half later to tell me that he would decline the service call.

Nick set up a Printer Network in our office enable printing from any wifi device. He also sent up E-printing so when we are out of the office we can use our cell phones to remotely print purchase orders. This has helped our productivity immensely and is super simple to use.

We were struggling with a new server and needed our staff to be able to print/scan/fax to two devices... After calling 3 different companies and spending a lot of money.. D&D came in and transitioned our office seamlessly. Now we all can do our jobs without the unnecessary interruptions. Great service! Thank you!
