My experience with them replacing our water heater was overall really good. Couple communications snags, but the technicians Ray and Ty were awesome and mindful of the doors (we have pets) as well as the flooring and covering everything. Steve who helped get then quote and arrange everything was very responsive. I would recommend them and hire them again.
D & D Mechanical just isn’t the same like it was in 2009 and before. Plumbing techniques D & D do now aren’t all that great. The plumbing work and design installed in new housing they do is kind of sloppy and not as neat as like in 2005. D&D Mechanical used to be great 2000 to 2009. Not anymore! The receptionist lady I talked to on the phone was very rude and condescending. I just had a simple question and she started grilling me about it. Not as friendly or great quality work like before.
D&D has been great to work with. We started using them because they were our builder's contractor and already knew the plumbing plans for our home. The work they have done has been great and timely and they have been prompt with communication and job start/finish times. Above all, I find their pricing to be fair and a good value for the service they provide.
These guys did an awesome job and were very professional. They came to my house during COVID and put on masks and shoe covers. They researched and installed a whole home water purification system and warranted a defective Iron filter at a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and will call them again if I need any other pluming issues resolved. Jim Hanson
