Unprofessional and dishonest! Never ever buy from them! No honest business would operate this way. I decided to return a ring bought here 24 hours later. They gave me the run around about their machine being broken, they can't process a return until the manager is in, etc. It was extremely frustrating. I took 2-14k gold ankle chain 10 “, one was very expensive Solid Cuban 4.25 mm and the other a link chain 14k. I wanted to have it converted to a charm bracelets. I did not hear from them for about a 2 week, I decided to go back to the store and to my surprise he could not find my chains. Wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting for a special rechargeable LIR2032 3.6v battery after they initially put a regular 3.0v 2032 in it but couldn't get the back put on the watch so I was told to come back. I did 3 days later, watch didn't work right. Guy popped the back off and noticed the wrong battery in the watch. Said he could get the right one (remember, he HAD the old one) and it would take a few days. It took 9. Watch looked odd again but I took it home thinking it needed a charge. Nope. Opened it myself and guess what ... read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I have a necklace that is s2mh as it was a Mother’s Day gift a couple years ago. The pendant, which is a crucifix, unfortunately broke from the top of the cross. I brought it to D&D thinking that is where it was purchased, which I later found out it wasn’t . Fast forward to a week later when they told me to pick it up, I was so disappointed to see their work, it was CROOKED!(regret not taking pics of it).
