If I could give this place zero stars I would.I went in to the jewelry store for two custom jobs. One was to add birthstones to a very sentimental ring. The other was to make a custom necklace accessory. I was told the job would take two weeks it actually took three weeks. When I went to pick up the items my very sentimental ring was not as I requested and/or what was promised! It had different size stones, wrong stones, and scratch marks all around the stones. Material change. Not worth it for me.
I took my Wagner Swiss military watch there for a new battery. They did it wrong and now it loses 15-30 min a day. It was a Father's Day gift many years ago. Instead of using a press to put the back cover plate on, she used a small brass hammer. That jars the mechanism and ruins the seal. I will not use this store again. Thank you for ruining my favorite watch. If incould give zero stars I would.
Last March I put a ring on layaway with a deposit of $269.45 I have went into the store two times trying to cancel the sale but have been told they can't refund my money. Seeking the advice of a Attorney now. Very pushy sales man now that I don't want the ring.
I brought in a new watch to be resized and they were quick, friendly, and cost effective.
