rude owner, bad work quality
This is the best home improvement company! I needed someone to repair some damage done in my home due to a plumbing 'accident'. I'm not what you would call petite and so some items needed reinforcement. Well, Roy came out and in two days had my commode and floor reinforced, repaired, and finished! If I could give him 6 stars I would. And besides, he's not too bad to look at especially when he wears his frayed Beastie Boys T-shirt!
