Pricing was decent for an existing system condenser and coil replacement, Xcel rebate will help a lot. Joseph and was knowledgeable and friendly. The team came out very quickly and the notifications for scheduling were on point. Sol has great customer service skills, and got back to me within a couple days due to being peak heat season. The rebate form submitting and could be streamlined as waiting a couple of weeks is a little nerve racking.
Fantastic service. They took the time to educate me about stuff being done incorrectly. Really appreciate the fast service. Here before scheduled time. Great Experience.
Efficient, high-quality install & good communication throughout
Dan came to my house 6 hours after I called the office. (I have been waiting for call backs from several other HVAC companies for over 10 days!) He was friendly, professional, very efficient and fixed the problem within an hour. Highly recommended!
Joe showed up on time, diagnosed my emergency furnace problem, and made a quick repair with parts from his truck. I especially appreciated him describing and showing me the problem, no smoke and mirrors. D&D will be my goto for any future maintenance and emergencies.
