My brother John passed away at this home and the providers didn't do enough for my brother to where he passed away in the home and today 01/07/2025 I went to get his stuff and found that the disability office as his Oregon id and cherriots reduce id card and I was told that all that with his stuff was going to be released back to the next of kin that would have been his brother Shawn If I was the county and state I would not send no one to this home and there is a active investigation for the home
