Susan has been preparing my taxes since I moved to CT. She is knowledgeable, professional and understanding, and always has my best interest in mind. I love this office because they send postcard reminders at the start of the year and the staff is always friendly. They speak multiple languages and are aware of different cultural nuances. I recommend them to everyone.

The owner is truly one of the most arrogant men I’ve ever come into contact with. There’s no communication, he just talks to you like you’re stupid. Charges insane amounts of money for the LEAST amount of work someone could do. I’m not sure how someone can own and operate a business for this long of a period and get away with speaking to clients the way he does. I would take my business to ANYWHERE else but this place.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and some of my family for years. John the owner is one of the rudest humans I’ve ever met. If you want to except whatever he says no questions asked he’s the guy for you if he can remember to put everything in. and if you do ask he’ll try to belittle you. And last year he messed up my taxes and I didn’t get them for like 5-6 months. Good luck.
