Chandana is terribly unresponsive. We missed a bid opportunity on which I put in much time and effort to prepare and she could not return a phone call or answer an email. I needed crucial info and she simply disappeared. She is not Professional. Do not rely on her.
I worked with DD&B on a hotel project in Phoenix, AZ. Christine was great to work with. Its always great as a contractor to have a mutual relationship that when she would call and ask me to do something i wasn't concerned that it would not be paid. They were there to help us work through any issues we had and helped facilitate the items we needed from the other trades to complete our work. Overall I would do a project with Christine and DD&B anytime they asked
