Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at DMB’s Automotive off Jefferson, especially considering they are partnered with U-Haul. We arrived at approximately 9:58 AM to pick up our U-Haul. From the moment we got there, it was clear that things were extremely disorganized. Their computers/systems were apparently not working properly, employees were sitting around, and there didn’t seem to be anyone taking responsibility for actually helping us. U-Haul moved our pickup to this location. Initially we were upset about the further drive, but this location is the gold standard! Nice folks and the trucks are the best I’ve rented.
Such an amazing U-Haul experience. The wonderful people working made pick up & drop off super easy! Will definitely be using again for my moving needs!

Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. They made it very easy to rent a U-Haul trailer. I would definitely recommend and I will use again.
