Rented an electric car in Pensacola to drive to Atlanta. On the way back from Atlanta the battery died with no charging station in site. D and D towed us from Castleberry to Pensacola. Great customer service. Great convo on the ride. Highly recommend.
This kind-hearted gentleman came to the rescue of a friend and I late last night on the side of the interstate. We were stranded on the highway, an hour and a half away from home, unable to reach anyone for help. Thankfully, this guardian angel stopped to assist us, towing us to his shop, fixing our tire, and sending us on our way without charging us. We are immensely grateful for his compassion and for saving us from being stranded. Thank you.
On our way home from vacation our car system indicated a low tire so we were searching for a place to have it checked. D&D had the best google rating so we passed other, closer shops. We were not disappointed! So nice, professional, and prompt. They couldn’t find a leak so they wouldn’t charge us. We were quickly back on the road home. Such a blessing. Thoughts of spending hours waiting to get help quickly disappeared.
My husband and I were traveling from NC to Mobile and my truck began making an awful sound from the front end that was progressively getting worse. As soon as daylight came and the shops opened, we pulled into two garages. One turned us away and D&D was not that one.
