We have been going to Erik at D&D for decades. I have recommended them to friends and family since day one. I live nowhere near the shop but will travel there for even minor repairs and oil changes because I trust their opinion and integrity without reservations. If I have questions about anything, they do not hesitate to explain in as much detail as I can handle. I am convinced that Erik and his staff have saved me thousands of dollars in repairs over time. Took an appointment a week ago for a customer supplied aftermarket part along with confirmation. Called in again to confirm if things were in place. Got a call from Eric the last minute after buying the part saying he won't accept customer supplied part because he is unsure. What were you doing all this while?! If you are not comfortable, let the customer know before hand. If you aren't at the place, make sure you follow up with your staff. Eric was extremely rude. When I called to ask for a price quote for a splash shield he told me he does not have time to deal with my phone call because there were other customers in the shop. Did not offer to call back or write down my information. He said "This is a waste of time".
Great spot. Been using for 3+ years
I’ve been going to D&D for a few years now due to a friend’s recommendation and have even strongly recommended this shop to other friends/colleagues. However, there was a huge error made by the shop that people should be made aware of. On 12/15, I brought a car in for an oil change so it would be set for the drive down to family on the holidays.
