He listened to the needs and wants of my friend, asked questions to make sure he was understanding, and double checked before we left the counter. He was engaging and personable. Very impressed! I seldom see the conviction of humanity in businesses anymore, small town or big city. I will be sure to encourage and recommend this store to others.
