Based on my boyfriend's experience, I would not recommend this company. He was charged $464.20 for just two days of towing and storage, faced poor communication and inaccurate claims, and the situation became so difficult that police had to be involved. The lack of professionalism and cash-only payment policy made an already stressful situation even worse. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Not recommended. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the towing process felt unfair and exploitative. They are in the business of padding fees and ripping people off.
This towing company represents one of the most disappointing service experiences I have encountered in North America. The manner in which they operate feels predatory, taking advantage of vulnerable situations and turning basic vehicle recovery into an opportunity for excessive charges and unnecessary conflict. Amazing. We got a flat tire and were from out of town. They were very reasonable, quick and I would definitely recommend them.
Lady at front counter was very difficult to talk to.
