Do not recommend. They are happy scam or misinform you in order to get extra money. After racking up impound fees of $50/day while waiting on insurance, if you ask to just walk away and let them keep the car they will tell you that they are going to sue you if you try to do that. Turns out they cannot legally do that as it is their responsibility once you sign the car over to them. You are legally allowed to leave the car to them without paying the fees. If I could, I would not even put a star. I called for a simple question. The lady on the phone was nice, waiting for me to explain my question and transferred me a a rude unprofessional man. He right away without me asking my question, stated he would sue if I don’t pay my bill. What?!! I didn’t even get to ask him my question! I have zero problems paying what I owe, my question was if we could leave the vehicle they towed as we don’t want to fix it up or keep it.
