We hired Clancy & Sons to demo our garage. In a word all we can say is WOW! Not only did they expertly remove the building in very tight quarters, but they diplomatically eliminated any potential issues with a neighbor. All of this was happening as a major nor'easter was looming and we had to finish on time. They did an outstanding job and left the site looking better than it was before. Thank you Shawn and Family! Job well done!
Prompt, professional and perfect service. They demoed my kitchen in a morning, taking care to remove only what was necessary with no collateral damage. Great workmanship and cleaned up as they went with extra effort to avoid dust getting through the house. Could not ask for a better experience.
I hired D. Clancy and Sons to demo my basement walls, including insulation, sheetrock and removal of an old wall to wall carpet. They were prompt, professional and left the area neatly swept and clean. I highly recommend this Company.
