I spoke to Ms Charles herself. I actually got one of those rare occasion, I'm sure, where she was the one who answered the phone. We spoke for a short time, and I decided to have a consultation with her. She has a wealth of knowledge in her speciality field. She was so thorough and so meticulous about the questions she asked in our consultation; I was impressed. She asked questions and pulled answers out of me that I hadn't even considered as a 20-year veteran as a real estate broker. class act and I would recommend.

I did not have a good experience with this firm at all and would not recommend them to anyone especially if you have a personal injury case. My daughter was very seriously inured in a car wreck that was not her fault and I reached out to this firm for help. The lack of communication was frustrating and we would have to reach out to them constantly. They did nothing extra outside of the work and paperwork I had submitted in the portal, I know this because when we fired them they had nothing extra in the case file at all excep... read more
