Excellent service. I took several watches for new batteries and repair. After inspecting them he called to go over what each watch needed and recommendations. Reasonably priced to do repairs.
He fixed my engagement ring as well as re-sized it. Now my engagement ring is better then ever. He is kind and patient. He is the only person I trust with my jewelry.
When I went in with what was a minor repair, I was welcomed with friendly courtesy and prompt attention. Mr. Carroll was able to take care of my repair, but he realized that he had to make adjustments to one aspect of it and did that while I waited. I was pleased with the results.
